This privacy policy discusses the “personal information” that Outdoor Logistik obtains from you on, in store, and in connection with marketing offers. When we use the term “personal information” we are referring to information that is about an identifiable individual. This may include things like your name, e-mail address, mailing address, birthday, telephone number, photographs, personal images, or any profile information you share with us. 

This privacy policy does not cover information that you submit on other websites, even if we communicate with you on those sites. For example, if you post something on Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube, that information is governed by the privacy policies on those websites, and is not governed by this policy.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Outdoor Logistik primarily uses the personal information that it collects to provide you with products, information, and services. We may use your information to track your purchase history, suggest products, and to contact you for account and promotional purposes. We may also use your personal information for other legitimate business purposes, including to detect and prevent fraud, to collect amounts owing to us and to maintain business records.

How we share your personal information

Outdoor Logistik may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We may pass your personal information on to companies that provide services to us (including subsidiaries acting as such), such as order fulfillment, package delivery, sending mail and emails, business data analysis, marketing assistance, credit card payment processing, fraudulent activity investigations, consumer surveys and customer service.

Additionally, to the extent permitted by law, Outdoor Logistik's co-marketing partners may share your personal information with us to better serve you.

  • Social Networks, Widgets, and Plug-ins. The use of any feature made available to you on our sites by a third party may result in the collection or sharing of information with a third party. For example, if you use Facebook's "Like" feature, Facebook is likely to record that you "like" a product and post that information on Facebook.

Outdoor Logistik may share your personal information in order to protect the legal rights of our company, our employees, our agents and our affiliates, in order to protect the safety and security of our visitors, for the purposes of detection and protection against fraud, or to comply with the law or legal processes.

  • Enterprise Transition. Outdoor Logistik may share your personal information with another company that purchases the assets or shares of Outdoor Logistik in part or in whole, and that company may use and disclose such personal information for purposes similar to what is described in this policy. Outdoor Logistik may also share personal information with potential buyers in order to assess the proposed transaction.

Outdoor Logistik may share de-identified information (i.e., information that is not directly connected to your name) in the following circumstances in addition to those identified above:

The file containing your personal information is maintained on our servers or those of our service providers and is accessible by our authorized employees, agents and mandataries who require access in order to perform their job functions. Please check with the relevant platforms for the specific procedure to remove content you have posted to a public space. Note that such deletion may not completely erase this information from the Internet. For example, historical copies, or "caches", may remain.

We may also automatically collect general location information from your web browser.
