All clients must arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Groups of 6 or more must arrive 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Any client more than 15 minutes late for the required arrival time will forfeit their activity booking and will not be reimbursed.
Clients who arrive late to pick up their rental will not be compensated for the lost time. The original time block for the activity stands.
If rentals are not returned by the end of the scheduled booking, a $2.00/minute late fee will be charged to the client.
