Cancellation & Rescheduling policy:

 

Our policy is strict and necessary due to scheduling and staffing restrictions.

 

When you book an activity with us, the  equipment is reserved and the staff is in place to welcome you that day.

 

 

 

Rescheduling of activity:

 

The rescheduling of an activity must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

 

A fee of 25% of the total amount of your reservation (taxes included) will be charged for rescheduling made 72 hours to 24 hours before the activity.

 

*** The rescheduling of an activity made less than 24 hours in advance is not permitted and non-refundable.

 

 

Cancellation / Refund:

 

Administration fees are charged for cancellations on the total amount of your reservation (taxes included):

 

More than 14 days before the activity: 10%

14 days to 72hrs before the activity: 40%

 

*** We do not offer refunds for cancelations made less than 72 hours in advance.
